TEACHER TRAINING

This training will empower You to:

• Deliver a results-driven, challenging barre class for any level.

• Sharpen your skills for cueing and giving adjustments.

• Embrace your strengths and passions to design a class that is authentically 'YOU', to keep your classes motivating and fun.

• Experience each exercise through a new perspective with an overview of the amazing fascial system.

​

• Transform the health and lives of your students and yourself through an understanding of the human energy system.

​

• Become more grounded and confident as a teacher, of any modality, to be of service to each student in your class.

​

• Deepen and strengthen your own barre or movement practice, even if you don’t desire to teach.

​

​

Ongoing Barre teacher training, practice and mentorship with Cathleen may be available beyond this training for selected students.
