Build a Balanced
Barre Class
In this first of a series of monthly workshops we will:

Break down the structure and sequence of a safe and effective barre class.

Know what to include in your sequencing and why.​

Understand how to balance the sections of your class to ensure you deliver a thorough full body workout experience every class!

Refine your timing, pacing, and rhytm to keep your classes flowing in a way that is challenging, yet accessible for your students.
